Job Summary

Upalaksh Job Recruitment Company is looking for a professional and experienced Female Showroom Sales Executive for a reputed brand showroom in MAGNETO MALL, Raipur. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in brand/showroom sales, excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, a confident personality, and strong customer-handling and sales abilities.

## Key Responsibilities

• Attend and warmly greet customers visiting the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs and preferences.

• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly to customers.

• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Achieve assigned •monthly sales targets and showroom revenue goals••.

• Generate sales through effective product presentation, customer interaction, and follow-up.

• Handle customer queries, objections, negotiations, and closing professionally.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom is well-presented and customer-ready.

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales, customer details, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the showroom, inventory, billing, and delivery teams for smooth customer service.

• Stay updated on new products, features, offers, schemes, and competitor activities.

• Support promotional activities and showroom events whenever required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Brand Sales / Showroom Sales experience is mandatory.

Excellent verbal communication skills in •both Hindi and English••.

• Strong customer interaction and relationship-building skills.

Excellent •sales, negotiation, convincing, and closing abilities••.

• Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.

• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

• Professional attitude and positive approach.

• Good product presentation and demonstration skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer applications is preferred.

Qualification

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any field.

Relevant •brand sales/showroom sales experience is mandatory••.

• Candidates with experience in premium retail, branded products, lifestyle, furniture, automobile, electronics, jewellery, or similar showroom sales may be preferred.
