Role & responsibilities -
• Manage day-to-day showroom/store operations.
• Handle sales team and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
• Manage inventory, vehicle stock and accessories.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups and sales performance.
• Maintain daily sales, stock and expense reports.
• Coordinate with HO for stock, billing and operational requirements.
Preferred candidate profile -
• Required 2 to 4 years of experience in automobile/EV showroom or retail sales.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Tamil & English required.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and responsible.
