Role Overview
We are looking for a Domestic sales professional who understands that premium sales are built on trust, not transactions. This role is ideal for someone who listens before recommending, consults before quoting, and builds long-term relationships before closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with walk-in clients, architects, interior designers, and builders with a consultative approach
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable tile and slab solutions
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge across sizes, finishes, applications, and technical specifications
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, designers, and B2C customers
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closure with professionalism
• Maintain showroom presentation standards aligned with a premium experience
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in tiles, ceramics, building materials, or luxury showroom sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presence with a customer-first mindset
• Good negotiation and closing abilities
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Ability to understand design preferences and guide clients accordingly
