Showroom Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Showroom Sales Executive to assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, and drive showroom sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Generate quotations and assist customers throughout the purchase process.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into sales.

• Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organised, and products are properly displayed.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily sales reports.

• Coordinate with inventory and billing teams for product availability and order processing.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.

Requirements:

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.

• 1–5 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or customer service .

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-oriented with good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Billing Software).

• Presentable appearance and positive attitude.

• Willingness to work on weekends and rotational holidays if required.
