Job Role Position: In-Store Sales Executive (Demo Expert)
• Represent Dyson products and brand values in-store as a brand ambassador, delivering a premium customer experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product demonstrations and consultations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and store KPIs.
• 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off as per the store roster, maintaining punctual attendance at all times.
• Be flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, public holidays, festivals, and peak sales periods. 3. Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and engage customers professionally, understanding their needs and recommending suitable Dyson products.
• Conduct live product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, and technology. Assist customers with product queries and after-sales support.
• Maintain product displays, demo machines, fixtures, and overall store presentation in line with Dyson visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure stock availability and report inventory issues to the reporting manager.
• Capture customer information as required by store processes.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Maintain demo machines and fixture cleanliness and presentation standards in-store.
• Ensure all products are displayed according to Dyson visual merchandising guidelines.
