Showroom Sales & Service Executive – Electric 2-Wheeler

Job Responsibilities

Attend customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.

Explain electric 2-wheeler models, features, pricing, finance options, and benefits.

Conduct test rides and convert enquiries into sales.

Follow up with customers through phone calls and messages.

Handle vehicle delivery and basic customer documentation.

Perform basic mechanical/service work on 2-wheelers.

Identify common vehicle issues and carry out basic troubleshooting and repairs.

Assist with routine maintenance, servicing, and minor electrical/mechanical work.

Maintain showroom cleanliness, vehicle display, and basic service records.

Coordinate with the service team for major repairs or technical issues.

Provide good after-sales support and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of 2-wheeler mechanical work is required.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Interest in sales and willingness to achieve sales targets.

Basic knowledge of electric vehicles is an advantage.

Knowledge of electric 2-wheelers, batteries, controllers, motors, and basic electrical troubleshooting will be an added advantage.

Previous experience in automobile sales, service, or EVs is preferred.

Freshers with basic mechanical knowledge and a strong interest in EVs can also apply.

Bonus: Candidates who already have experience with electric 2-wheelers and EV servicing will be given preference.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and skills, with sales incentives/bonuses based on performance.
