We are a leading jewelry retailer renowned for our exquisite designs, exceptional craftsmanship, and personalized service. We are looking for a motivated Showroom Sales Executive to join our team and provide an outstanding customer experience.
Greet and attend to all walk-in customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
Provide expert guidance to help customers select jewelry that suits their taste, preferences, and budget.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Handle pricing, payments, and invoicing transactions accurately.
Keep the display area well organized and visually appealing.
Stay up-to-date with jewelry trends, pricing, and promotions.
Support in stock management and inventories.
Educational Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury products (fresh graduates may be considered if enthusiastic and willing to learn).
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to connect with a variety of customers.
