शोरूम सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a presentable and experienced Showroom Sales Executive / Manager to independently handle our new showroom at Vasai West. The candidate will manage walk-in customers, sales enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

 Independently manage day-to-day showroom operations and product displays.

 Handle walk-in customers, understand requirements and present suitable products/solutions.

 Generate leads, prepare quotations, follow up and convert enquiries into sales.

 Maintain customer records and build strong customer relationships.

 Coordinate with design, production, installation and internal teams.

 Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales updates.

Education & Experience

 Any Graduate

 BBA / BMS / B.Com / Diploma in Interior Design, Sales & Marketing or related qualification preferred.

 3–5 years of relevant experience in Interior, Modular Kitchen, Furniture, Glass or Home Improvement showroom sales is preferred/required.

Required Skills

 Excellent sales, convincing and negotiation ability.

 Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and follow-up skills.

 Presentable, confident and professional personality.

 Good communication and basic MS Excel / CRM knowledge.

 Ability to independently manage the showroom.

Language Requirement

Hindi, English, Marathi & Gujarati – candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers in all four languages.

Preferred Candidates Candidates from Vasai, Nalasopara, Virar, Naigaon, Bhayandar, Mira Road and nearby areas will be preferred. Immediate joiners preferred.

Relevant showroom / interior / modular kitchen sales experience is strongly preferred.
