Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers at the showroom and assist in product selection
Generate and manage leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social platforms
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales
Build customer trust through clear communication and product explanation
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the team for offers, promotions, and new launches
Maintain proper customer data and follow-up records
