Location: Jaipur

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and target-oriented Showroom Executive to manage walk-in customers, understand their requirements, explain products/services, and support the sales process. The candidate will be responsible for creating a positive showroom experience, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom in a professional and courteous manner.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, pricing, offers, and payment options.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations whenever required.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns effectively.

- Generate leads from showroom walk-ins, enquiries, calls, and other sources.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

- Coordinate with the sales, technical, installation, and service teams wherever required.

- Maintain regular follow-up with customers until order closure and delivery/service completion.

- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and products/displays are properly maintained.

- Keep updated with product knowledge, pricing, schemes, and competitor offerings.

- Collect and share customer feedback with the reporting manager.

- Prepare regular sales and customer follow-up reports.

- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively.
