Shop Staff

We are looking for a dedicated Paint Shop Supervisor to oversee our paint shop operations in Gurgaon, India. The role requires strong leadership skills and at least 1 to 7 years of experience in paint application processes. The ideal candidate should have completed 10th grade and be ready to work full-time in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing Daily Operations: You will ensure that all paint shop activities run smoothly and efficiently, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.

- Managing Staff: Supervise and guide a team of painters and workers, providing training and support to improve their skills and productivity.

- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of paint applications and ensure all finished products meet company standards for safety and aesthetics.

- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of paint supplies and materials, making sure that necessary items are stocked and readily available for daily operations.

- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all staff comply with workplace safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
