greet custome and assistant with product inquiries and purchases.
provide accurate information on pricing , features, and after sale services .
cross -sel products and inform customers about discounts nd offers.
ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.
stay updated on new products and services.
the minimum qualification for this role is (10th pass) and( 6 months to 1year).
the responsibility includes achieving sales targets,excellent, communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
