We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting sarees, salwar suits, lehengas, and other ethnic wear. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to provide an outstanding shopping experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their preferences and requirements.
Assist customers in selecting sarees, salwar suits, lehengas, kurtis, and other ethnic wear.
Provide styling suggestions based on occasions, trends, and customer preferences.
Demonstrate product features, fabrics, designs, colors, and care instructions.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
Replenish stock and arrange merchandise according to visual merchandising standards.
Handle billing support, exchanges, and customer queries professionally.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and new arrivals.
Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and receiving new merchandise.
