We are hiring a Team Leader – Sales to handle and manage a sales team. The role involves roster planning, daily team supervision, performance monitoring, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. The candidate should be good at team coordination, reporting, and motivating team members.

Responsibilities:

Manage and handle a sales team
Plan and maintain team rosters
Assign tasks and set deadlines
Set team goals and sales targets
Monitor daily operations and team performance
Prepare performance reports using Excel/Sheets
Motivate team members and improve productivity
Identify training needs and provide coaching
Ensure the team achieves sales targets
