• Work towards daily and monthly sales targets

• Promote high-margin and focus products

🧾 4. Billing & POS Support

• Assist at billing counter when required

• Ensure correct tagging and pricing

• Support smooth checkout experience

• Help in exchange/return process as per policy

• Keep racks neat, clean, and well-folded

• Ensure proper size-wise and category display

• Replenish sold items from stock

• Maintain VM guidelines given by management

• Keep trial rooms clean and organized

• Help in stock receiving and checking

• Report missing/damaged items

• Maintain stockroom discipline

• Participate in stock audits

• Inform customers about loyalty programs

• Encourage WhatsApp/CRM membership

• Share festival and seasonal offers

• Build customer relationships for repeat business
