Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in clients in a professional and courteous manner
Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable luxury furniture solutions
Provide detailed product knowledge including materials, craftsmanship, and customization options
Maintain showroom presentation, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing
Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and logistics teams for order processing and delivery
Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on leads and conversions
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, architects, and interior designers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with latest interior design trends and luxury furniture collections
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or related field (preferred)
2–5 years of experience in luxury retail / furniture showroom sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good sense of design, colors, and space planning
Ability to handle premium clients with professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office and billing software
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
