Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Club Hospitality & Memberships Manager to oversee the sales and hospitality functions across all clubhouse amenities. The candidate will manage memberships, membership partners, hospitality brands, customer experience and coordination across the club's various amenity verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

•Drive club membership sales, renewals, engagement and revenue across all clubhouse amenities.

•Manage and develop relationships with membership agents, agencies and Channel Partners.

•Present the complete clubhouse offering, including sports, fitness, F&B, wellness, entertainment and lifestyle amenities, to prospective members and partners.

•Coordinate with hospitality and amenity partners/brands to ensure smooth service delivery and commercial performance.

•Monitor member experience, feedback, complaints and service standards across amenities.

•Lead and coordinate the membership and hospitality teams and monitor performance.

•Develop strategies for membership acquisition, retention, referrals and engagement.

•Track membership sales, partner performance, revenue and operational activities.

•Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.

•Work closely with management on clubhouse launches, events, promotions, partnerships and overall business growth.

Requirements:

•5+ years of experience in premium clubs, hospitality, club membership or lifestyle businesses.

•Strong understanding of clubhouse amenities and hospitality operations.

•Experience managing membership sales, agents/partners and customer relationships.

•Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and commercial skills.

•Experience working with hospitality brands, vendors and service partners.

•Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to maintain premium service standards.

•Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM and reporting.

•Willing to work from the HSR Layout office and travel to club locations when required.
