Sales Executive

A Billing and Sales Executive key responsibilities include preparing accurate bills, updating records, following up on overdue payments, and promoting products/services to customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills to handle inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare, generate, and distribute accurate invoices and receipts to clients, using software like QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books.

• Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers, promote products, and answer inquiries to drive sales.

• Accounts Receivable: Monitor, track, and update incoming payments; follow up with clients on overdue accounts.

• Data Management: Maintain, organize, and update customer files and financial databases.

• Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve billing issues, discrepancies, or payment errors.

• Reporting: Prepare daily, monthly, or quarterly financial reports on revenue and outstanding balances.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical skills for calculating discounts, interest, and taxes.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with POS systems, accounting software, and MS Excel.

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry to prevent financial discrepancies.

• Communication: Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
