Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 CTC per month
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates (as per eligibility)

Job Summary

Lenskart is looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and well-spoken individuals to join its retail team as Sales Associates. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, sunglasses, and other eyewear products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and promotions to customers.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store performance.

• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and proper stock presentation.

• Ensure a positive customer experience and build good customer relationships.

• Support daily store operations and billing activities as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• 12th Pass Candidates: Minimum 1 year of relevant sales or retail experience is compulsory.

• Graduate Candidates: Freshers are welcome to apply; experienced candidates can also apply.

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Must have a customer-friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a retail store environment and achieving sales targets.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

• Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
