Retail Store Promoter

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Store Promoter to represent our brand at retail stores. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, explaining product features, driving sales, maintaining product visibility, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers visiting the retail store.

• Understand customer needs and recommend and pitch poptein to the customers.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and promotions.

• Demonstrate products and answer customer queries.

• Drive product sales and achieve assigned daily/monthly targets.

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper visibility.

• Ensure products are properly stocked and displayed.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and activities.

• Coordinate with store staff and management to support sales.

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.

• Maintain daily sales and activity reports.

• Ensure brand guidelines and promotional materials are properly maintained.

• Support promotional campaigns and in-store activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, store promotion, or customer-facing roles preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a retail environment.

• Good product presentation and demonstration skills.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and professional appearance.

• Ability to work independently as well as with store teams.
