- 8 to 10 yrs of pure Retail experience
- should be absolutely comfortable travelling across the city on daily basis (6 days of the week)
- profile includes checking adherence to brand Guidelines, daily SOPS, FSSAI parameters, overall hygiene and cleanliness, Staff Grooming
- he needs to have prior experience as a Store Manager only then will he be able to Spot the Operational Gaps and ensure all of the above can be looked into and followed by our store teams....Operations Manager x 1
(ability to travel across Mumbai and visit our stores & oversee Daily Ops)
Key QualificationsGraduate3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Food Retail / QSRExcellent communication skillsProficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Email, WhatsAppStrong decision-making, time management, data analysis & problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyGood people handling and customer service skillsBasic knowledge of accounts is a plusRoles & ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day store operations at Thane & Dombivali locationsManage and lead counter sales team: hiring, training, motivatingEnsure proper inventory management, stock control, and product displayImplement marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive salesEnsure adherence to SOPs and maintain store performance metricsHandle customer queries and ensure high-quality serviceBenefitsWeekly off10-hour duty: 9 hours work + 1 hour breakOvertime pay for work beyond 10 hoursIncentives based on performanceAnnual bonus equivalent to 1 month’s salary after 12 months of service
