We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team at Roots N Rouge, Unisex Hair & Style Salons to assist customer, provide service information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like business revenue generation, excellent customer service, team management, inventory management and cash management. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,000 - ₹36,000 with excellent career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

•Build the business revenue.

•Ensure Quality of Service to client

•Employee engagement and retention.

•Ensuring “SOP” adherence of brand

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 3 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and team management.
