Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Company is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-oriented individuals to join its growing retail team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting company products, maintaining store operations, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Promote and sell the company's frozen meat products, frozen snacks, and other fast-food items.
  • Ensure proper display, merchandising, and arrangement of products within the outlet.
  • Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
  • Maintain stock records and assist in inventory management.
  • Monitor product availability and coordinate stock replenishment as required.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage standards are maintained at all times.
  • Build strong customer relationships and address customer queries effectively.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support day-to-day store operations and administrative activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
