We are seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our jewellery store. The role involves assisting customers with jewellery selection, achieving sales targets, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirementsExplain product details including gold purity, diamond quality, pricing, and certificationsAssist customers with jewellery trials, billing, and documentationAchieve individual and store sales targetsMaintain visual merchandising and display standardsHandle POS billing, cash, and basic sales recordsManage inventory, stock checks, and replenishmentHandle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales serviceFollow store security, hygiene, and brand SOPsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum high school qualification (graduate preferred)Experience in jewellery or premium retail sales preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsTrustworthy, detail-oriented, and sales-focusedWell-groomed with a professional appearance
