We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Shree Ji Ceramics Traders to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,358 - ₹20,358 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.
Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.
Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.
Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.
Stay updated on new products and services.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 4 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
Details: Your sales team targets are as follows: 390 orders for the first month, 370 for the second, 350 for the third, 270 for the fourth, 260 for the fifth, and 250 per month from the sixth month until March 31, 2027. Your salary, from the start of your employment until March 31, 2027, will be 20,358. The company will provide a team of four individuals, while you will be responsible for building a team of five additional members; the process for this will be explained by the company. If you fail to meet the monthly target, you will be compensated based on the total number of orders achieved, at a rate of 65 rupees per order. You must provide 45 days' notice before resigning from the position. You will be entitled to only one day off per week (Sundays); no payment will be provided for any additional leave taken. Your salary will be credited to your bank account on the 10th of each month. You are required to attend all company meetings. Daily work reports must be submitted to the company in the prescribed format. You must not engage in any activity that could damage the company's reputation.
