Education : 12tj to Graduates

Experience : 1 to 5 Years in Retail Store Sales & Operation

• Qualification & ExperienceEducation: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)

• Experience: 2–5 years in retail / store management

• Industry: Retail / FMCG / Fashion / Electronics (any retail sector)

Job Loction : Ahmedabad

Salary : 25000 to 35000/CTC + Incentive

JOb Role :

• 1. Store Operations ManagementOversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning

• Maintain store opening/closing procedures

• Ensure cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock arrangement

• 2. Sales & Business GrowthAchieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions

• Implement promotional activities to increase revenue

• 3. Team ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise store staff

• Assign duties and monitor employee performance

• Motivate team to achieve sales goals

• 4. Customer ServiceEnsure high level of customer satisfaction

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues

• Maintain strong customer relationships

• 5. Inventory & Stock ManagementMonitor stock levels and reorder products as needed

• Prevent stock loss, theft, and damages

• Conduct regular stock audits

• 6. Reporting & AdministrationPrepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports

• Track expenses and store profitability

• Report to Area Manager / Regional Manager
