Store Manager – HP World
Location: Mulund West, Mumbai
Experience: 3–5 years in retail sales, preferably in laptops, computers or consumer electronics.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and sales.
Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets.
Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team.
Manage inventory, stock movement and store merchandising.
Handle customer enquiries and escalations.
Monitor sales performance, margins and daily reporting.
Ensure excellent customer service and operational discipline.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in retail store management.
Good understanding of sales, inventory and profitability.
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
2. Sales Executive – Dell Exclusive Store
Locations: Mulund
Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales, preferably in laptops, computers or consumer electronics.
Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Promote and sell Dell laptops, desktops and accessories.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Explain product features, specifications and pricing.
Upsell accessories, warranties and software.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
Requirements:
Graduate or HSC.
Prior experience in retail sales preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and laptops.
Customer-oriented, enthusiastic and target-driven.
