We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Men's Wear Garments to manage garment sales, sales agent coordination, MBO customer relationships, order processing, and after-sales operations.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from garment collection presentation and order booking to dispatch, customer follow-up, and return coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Men's Wear Garment Sales & Customer Management
Coordinate with sales agents and MBO (Multi-Brand Outlet) customers across India.
Manage sales of men's wear garments and apparel collections.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with garment retailers, MBO customers, and sales agents.
Handle enquiries related to men's wear garment collections, designs, sizes, colours, prices, and stock availability.
Support repeat orders and seasonal garment bookings.
Attend garment exhibitions, trade fairs, and booking events to support sales activities.
Communicate new collections, product catalogues, and garment availability to customers.
2. Garment Order Booking & Dispatch Management
Ensure complete order processing from garment booking to final dispatch.
Verify customer garment orders, previous payment status, and goods return history before dispatch.
Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and timely dispatch of garments.
Verify packing lists, invoices, and transport details before dispatch.
Monitor pending garment orders daily and follow up with concerned departments.
Provide regular order status updates to customers and sales agents.
Ensure accuracy in garment article numbers, sizes, colours, quantities, and customer orders.
3. Garment Returns (GRN) & After-Sales Coordination
Track the status of returned garments and GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
Coordinate with customers and sales agents to identify reasons for garment returns.
Maintain return status and remarks against the respective customer order.
Record return-related issues for future reference and corrective action.
Coordinate with concerned departments for resolution of customer complaints and return issues.
Support smooth after-sales service for wholesale garment customers.
4. Finished Garment Stock & Production Coordination
Maintain complete knowledge of finished garment inventory and stock availability.
Monitor availability of men's wear garment articles, sizes, colours, and quantities.
Coordinate with production and inventory departments regarding garment production status.
Identify replenishment requirements based on customer demand and pending orders.
Communicate stock shortages and expected garment availability to sales agents and customers.
Support efficient order fulfilment by coordinating stock and production updates.
5. Product Catalogue & Customer Database
Manage and regularly update digital and PDF catalogues of men's wear garment collections.
Maintain accurate customer databases for MBO customers, retailers, and sales agents.
Keep product information updated, including article numbers, garment designs, colours, sizes, and prices.
Maintain proper records of customer orders, payments, returns, and sales activities.
Share garment collection details and catalogues with customers as required.
6. MBO Branding & Garment Promotion
Coordinate branding activities at MBO garment stores.
Support in-store branding and promotional activities for the men's wear brand.
Manage posters, carry bags, display materials, garment branding, and other promotional requirements.
Coordinate with customers, sales agents, and internal teams for branding execution.
Ensure proper brand presentation and garment display at MBO stores.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; preferably Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, or a related field.
Experience in men's wear garments, apparel, fashion, wholesale garment sales, or retail garment business.
Strong experience in sales coordination with garment retailers, MBO customers, and sales agents.
Good understanding of garment collections, article numbers, sizes, colours, and order quantities.
Experience in garment order booking, dispatch coordination, stock follow-up, and customer handling.
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, email, and digital/PDF product catalogues.
Willingness to travel for garment exhibitions, booking events, and customer meetings as required.

Experience
Preferred: 3–7 years of relevant experience in men's wear garments, apparel sales, garment business, or related fashion industry.
Candidates with relevant experience in garment sales and strong customer handling skills may also be considered.
