We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team and drive sales through excellent product presentation, customer handling, and follow-up management.
Customer Handling: Greet and attend walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
Product Demonstration: Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options clearly and confidently.
Sales Conversion: Assist customers in selecting the right furniture based on their requirements and close the sale.
Follow-ups: Maintain contact with prospective customers who did not purchase during the initial visit and ensure regular follow-up calls/messages for conversion.
Billing & Documentation: Coordinate with the billing/cash counter for finalizing sales and maintaining accurate records.
Targets & Performance: Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive selling and customer engagement.
Showroom Presentation: Ensure all displayed furniture items are clean, properly arranged, and well-presented to customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
✅ Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail showroom sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or home décor industry.
✅ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and convincing ability in Hindi and English.
✅ Sales Skills: Proven ability to convert walk-ins into confirmed sales and handle objections smartly.
✅ Personality: Smart, presentable, polite, and customer-oriented.
✅ Target-driven: Comfortable working in a sales-target environment.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, WhatsApp follow-ups).
