Core Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide recommendations to drive sales and meet targets.
Product Knowledge: Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and benefits.
Transaction Processing: Operate the POS (point-of-sale) system, accurately handle cash and card payments, and manage returns or exchanges.
Merchandising & Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and properly stocked. Set up displays, price items, and restock shelves.
Promotions: Advise customers about ongoing sales, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Inventory & Security: Assist with receiving deliveries, conducting inventory checks, and supporting loss prevention by monitoring the floor.
