A Retail Sales Associate at Westside is responsible for delivering an excellent customer shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily retail operations. The role focuses on customer engagement, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales achievement in line with Westside’s brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and styling advice
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable apparel, accessories, or home products
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Replenish stock, manage inventory, and ensure proper product placement
Handle billing and cash counter operations accurately using POS systems
Resolve customer queries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner
Ensure compliance with company policies, grooming standards, and store SOPs
Support promotional activities, seasonal sales, and new product launches
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
