Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate electrical products and solutions.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Stay up-to-date with specifications and applications of all electrical products sold (e.g., cables, switches, sockets, lights, wires, panels, etc.).
Educate customers on product usage, safety, and maintenance.
Highlight promotions, seasonal offers, and new arrivals to influence purchasing decisions.
Ensure products are well-stocked, labeled, priced accurately, and attractively displayed.
Coordinate with the Inventory Management team (e.g., Sujeet Bhosle) to report low-stock items and reorder requirements.
Assist in receiving deliveries and updating stock records.
Process sales transactions accurately using the billing system.
Prepare quotations, issue invoices, and collect payments as per company policies.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales, returns, and customer details.
Address customer inquiries, product issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Follow up with customers on pending orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space.
Adhere to workplace safety standards and report any hazards immediately.
Ensure products are stored safely according to electrical safety guidelines.
Work closely with fellow retail staff, supervisors, and warehouse teams.
Participate in team meetings, training, and product knowledge sessions.
Support new staff in learning processes and customer interaction best practices.
