We specialize in exquisite saree collections—ranging from Kanchipuram, Mysore Silk, Banarasi, Crepe, Chiffon, Georgette, Raw Silk, Organza, Tussar, to Cotton sarees. With a legacy spanning over two decades, we pride ourselves on offering premium textiles and outstanding customer service to our valued clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and assist with inquiries about our silk saree collections, whether it's Kanchipuram, Mysore Silk, Banarasi, Fancy etc

• Provide accurate information regarding pricing, features, fabric types, and after-sales services.

• Encourage cross-selling by showcasing complementary products and informing customers about ongoing offers or discounts.

• Maintain store presentation by ensuring shelves and racks are well-stocked, organized, and attractive.

• Process transactions efficiently and handle merchandise returns or exchanges with professionalism.

• Coordinate with team members for smooth customer service and relay customer feedback to the Store Manager.

• Stay updated about new arrivals, saree trends, and promotions to better assist customers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 10th pass

• Experience Range: 0–2 years in retail or customer-facing roles; experience in textiles is preferred. fresshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—attentive, friendly, and persuasive.

• Familiarity with inventory control, stock replenishment, and basic POS systems.

• A positive attitude, professionalism, strong teamwork abilities, and a passionate interest in textiles and fashion.
