Job Description:
The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling jewellery products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store displays, achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery products.
Explain product features, offers, and pricing.
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle billing and basic inventory management.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

Skills Required:

Strong communication & customer handling skills.
Sales-oriented with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of jewellery products (preferred).
Basic computer & billing knowledge.
