Job Profile - Retail Sales Executive

Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent in-store service.
Showcase diamond, gold, and personalized jewellery with product knowledge and confidence.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Manage store walk-ins, explain features, and handle customer queries politely.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product display is attractive.
Handle billing, POS operations, and basic inventory checks.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a delightful shopping experience.
Coordinate with team members to support smooth store operations.
