Position: Retail Store Sales Executive
Location: Adyar, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 0-2 years in retail sales or customer-facing roles
Languages Required: Tamil and English (Hindi is an advantage)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Retail Store Sales Executive who can provide a positive in-store experience for customers while supporting sales and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain product displays and store presentation.

• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

• Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.

• Support inventory management and daily store operations.

• Assist with promotional activities and store events when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.

• Basic computer knowledge for billing and store operations.

• Willingness to work weekends and holidays with rotational weekly offs.

Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Additional incentives based on store performance.
