Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Active Tech Furniture Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and delivering an excellent in-store experience while promoting our range of modern and tech-enabled furniture products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions

• Demonstrate product features, especially tech-enabled furniture (e.g., smart desks, ergonomic chairs, modular setups)

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and trends

• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic POS operations

• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing

• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably furniture or electronics

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of technology products is an advantage

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Good presentation and negotiation skills
