About Us

PaynBack Info Solutions is a fast-growing startup engaged in UPI-enabled digital payment solutions. We help local merchants adopt seamless payment systems similar to GPay, Amazon Pay, and other leading platforms. We are expanding our presence across Ernakulam and looking for energetic Field Executives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Visit local shops and businesses in Ernakulam to introduce and promote our digital payment solutions.

Explain product features, benefits, and onboarding procedures to merchants.

Complete merchant onboarding, documentation, and verification accurately.

Achieve daily & monthly onboarding targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants for long-term engagement.

Provide basic support to merchants during initial setup and usage.

Collect market insights and competitor information to support business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum +2 / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Prior field sales/marketing experience is an added advantage.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Must be comfortable traveling within Ernakulam.

Smartphone mandatory.
