We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our retail team at Me N Moms. The candidate should have experience in retail sales, customer handling, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.

• Drive sales and achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.

• Manage stock, replenishment, and inventory.

• Handle billing and customer queries.

• Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation.

• Support daily store operations and coordinate with the store team.

• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in apparel, kidswear, toys, or lifestyle brands.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic understanding of sales targets and retail operations.

• Presentable, customer-focused, and enthusiastic.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
