Retail Store Salesman (Counter Sales +optional Field Work)

Location: Mai Hiran Gate, Jalandhar

⏰ Work Timings

• 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

• 1 Hour Lunch Break

• Sundays: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Optional, Paid Extra)

• Last Sunday of Every Month: Weekly Off

Salary Structure

Trial Period (First Month)

• Fixed Stipend: ₹9,000-₹10,000/-

• Performance-based assessment (customer dealing, attendance, teamwork, learning, trade knowledge)

• No advance or early salary during trial; salary paid after completing 30 working days

From 2nd Month Onwards (Based on Performance)

• Base Salary: ₹10,000

• Billing / Cashier Responsibility: + ₹1,500

• Outside Deliveries, Payment Collection & stock Purchase Work & Customer deliveries : + ₹2,000

• Optional 3 Paid Sundays (₹400 per Sunday): + ₹1,200

️ Experienced candidates: Can earn up to ₹14,000- ₹15,000 /month

️ Freshers: Usually earn ₹12,000-₹13,000/- per month from second month

Eligibility / Requirements

• Male preference welcome (male preferred due to field work)

• Minimum education: 12th Pass

• Basic computer skills (billing training provided)

• Previous retail / sales experience preferred

• Must be comfortable riding the shop’s two-wheeler for:

• Deliveries

• Payment collection

• Market purchases

‍ Job Responsibilities

This is a dual-role job:

Inside the Shop (Counter Work)

• Attending and assisting customers

• Generating bills on computer

• Maintaining proper behaviour, politeness & sales etiquette

Outside the Shop (Field Work) Optional

• Delivering stationery to customers

• Collecting payments

• Bringing stock and items from the market when required

(Both shop work and outside work are part of the same job.)

Commitment & Notice Policy

• After trial month, candidate should be comfortable giving minimum 1-year commitment

• 1-month notice required before leaving

• If leaving suddenly without notice, 10–15 days salary will be deducted

• Salary paid on the 10th of every month

• 10 days’ salary kept on hold as security against sudden exit
