​Job Summary

​We are looking for energetic, customer-centric, and hardworking Retail Sales Staff to join our team at KS Bakers. In this role, you will be the face of our outlet, ensuring our customers receive excellent service, enjoying freshly prepared QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) food items, and experiencing a clean, welcoming environment.

​This is a dynamic, multi-tasking role that requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to handle fast-paced retail operations.

​Key Responsibilities

​Customer Service & Sales: Warmly greet customers, assist them with their orders, suggest menu items, and handle cash/digital transactions efficiently at the POS counter.

​QSR Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble quick-service food items (such as burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, snacks, and beverages) following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

​Hygiene & Basic Cleaning: Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the outlet. This includes routine wiping of counters, cleaning food preparation areas, organizing display cases, and ensuring basic housekeeping duties are met.

​Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and billing teams. Step in to support other team members during peak hours or whenever extra help is needed to ensure smooth operations.

​Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels on the floor and display counters, ensuring items are well-stocked, rotated (FIFO), and visually appealing.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Experience: Prior experience in a bakery, café, QSR, or retail food chain is a strong plus, but freshers with a passion for food service are welcome to apply.

​Shift Commitment: Mandatory 10-hour shift per day (including breaks). Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts as per retail roster.

​Skills: • Basic communication skills to interact with customers.

​Ability to multitask between food assembly, cleaning, and customer service.

​Basic math skills for handling cash/billing.

​Attributes: High energy, punctuality, a strong work ethic, and a neat appearance.
