Responsibilities
• Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide detailed information about products, including specifications, pricing, and benefits.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Ensure that the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. •Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished regularly.
• Participate in regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions and events.
• Distribute promotional materials and communicate promotional offers to customers. • Work collaboratively with other sales executives and store staff to achieve sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers.
• Collect and manage customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Ensure the security of cash, products, and store premises.
• Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to management immediately.
