We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Fabrika Fashion & Lifestyle. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect outfits and lifestyle products, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, and driving store sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly as they enter, understand their styling needs, and guide them to the right fashion and lifestyle products.
Sales & Upselling: Actively pitch and cross-sell merchandise, informing customers about ongoing discounts, new arrivals, and special promotions to meet daily sales targets.
Billing & Transactions: Efficiently handle the cash counter, process payments (cash, card, or digital wallets), and issue accurate receipts.
Store Merchandising: Maintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring shelves, racks, and mannequins are neatly organized, well-stocked, and correctly priced.
Inventory & Returns: Help track stock levels, assist with inventory checks, and seamlessly process customer returns or exchanges according to company policy.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the store manager and team members to ensure a smooth, positive, and safe shopping environment.
