1. Customer Styling & Sales Support

Provide personalized fashion and styling advice to customers via chat, call, WhatsApp, or video consultations.
Assist customers in selecting apparel, accessories, and sizes based on preferences, trends, and occasions.
Cross-sell and upsell products to increase average order value.

2. Offline Retail Sales

Handle customer queries related to products, pricing, availability, and promotions.
Guide customers through the online purchase journey to improve conversion rates.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.

3. Product Knowledge & Trend Awareness

Maintain in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, collections, fabrics, and fits.
Stay updated on seasonal launches, offers, and brand guidelines.
Provide feedback to internal teams on customer preferences and popular styles.

4. Customer Experience & Relationship Management

Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and preferences in CRM tools.

5. Coordination & Support

Coordinate with operations, logistics, and support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Assist in product styling inputs for campaigns, photoshoots, or social media (if required).
