Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive with

6 MThs to 2 years of experience in retail sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to understand customer needs to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

80% store 20% field.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products based on their needs.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness.

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS systems.

• Manage stock availability and coordinate with inventory teams.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.

• Maintain records of daily sales and customer feedback.

• Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of retail sales processes.

• Ability to persuade and convert walk-in customers into buyers.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software/POS.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree / Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred (optional).
