Core Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, identify needs, and provide personalized recommendations to boost sales.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services to answer queries, demonstrate features, and cross-sell/up-sell items

Transactions: Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and adequately stocked (merchandising).
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Inventory Control: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and reporting shortages.
