Retail Sales Executive drives store revenue by greeting customers, providing product expertise, and processing transactions. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising, managing inventory, and resolving customer issues. This role requires strong communication, a proactive attitude, and often weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Welcome shoppers, determine needs, and provide product information.
Sales Generation: Actively upsell/cross-sell products to meet individual and store targets.
Merchandising & Inventory: Maintain clean, organized displays and assist with inventory management.
Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash and POS (Point of Sale) transactions.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product ranges, promotions, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, typically 1–3 years.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and persuade customers.
Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Education: (Bachelor's or equivalent preferred).
