Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their requirements.

• Assist customers in product selection and provide product information.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain product displays, store presentation and visual merchandising.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

• Manage billing, payments and basic POS operations.

• Ensure proper stock arrangement and report stock requirements.

• Maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies and SOPs.

• Support the team in daily store operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in retail sales preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

• Basic computer and billing knowledge.

• Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.

• Presentable, energetic and well-groomed.
