Role Overview
As the face of our store, you’ll be doing more than just "working a register." You’re the brand ambassador who helps customers find exactly what they need (and maybe a few things they didn’t know they needed). Your goal is to make every person who walks through our doors feel welcome and leave satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer product questions, and provide honest, helpful styling or technical advice.
Sales & Transactions: Process purchases accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system and handle returns or exchanges with a smile.
Merchandising: Keep the floor looking "Instagram-ready" by folding clothes, restocking shelves, and setting up new displays.
Inventory Management: Assist with shipments, tagging new arrivals, and maintaining an organized stockroom.
Loss Prevention: Stay alert to ensure the safety of our inventory and provide "proactive service" to deter shoplifting.
What You Bring to the Table

The Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask (e.g., helping a customer while tidying a shelf).
The Hustle: Comfortable being on your feet for long shifts and able to lift up to 25 lbs (standard boxes/merchandise).
