Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Retail Sales Officer / Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining the brand’s premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements

Showcase gold, diamond, and precious stone jewellery with detailed product knowledge

Achieve individual and store sales targets on a daily and monthly basis

Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Assist customers with billing, exchange, buy-back, and scheme details

Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and security of jewellery counters

Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally

Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with inventory and billing teams

Follow company policies related to pricing, discounts, and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales is an advantage

Customer-centric approach with persuasive selling skills

Good understanding of gold purity, diamonds, and jewellery certifications

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons

Basic computer knowledge (billing software / POS systems)

Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor

Educational Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in gold, diamond, or luxury retail showroom

Target-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service

Trustworthy and detail-oriented
